DTF Printing Guidelines

📁 File Requirements
  • ✅ Minimum DPI: 300 DPI for high-quality prints
  • ✅ Background: Transparent — PNG format preferred
  • ✅ Color Mode: RGB for best color accuracy
✏️ Design Considerations
  • ✅ Minimum Line Thickness: 0.5 mm (1.5 pts) for durability
  • ⚠️ Thin Lines Warning: Anything thinner than 0.35 mm (1 pt) may not print consistently or could break during transfer
⚠️ Important: Transparency & Opacity
DTF printing does not support semi-transparent or low-opacity elements. Any areas with reduced opacity, soft fades, or transparency effects may appear faded, spotty, or may not print correctly.

For best results, ensure all artwork is fully flattened with 100% solid colors and shapes.
