Printing Policies

• Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Sale/special orders are 7–10 business days.
• We are print on demand — your fabric is not printed until your order is placed.
• Turnaround time does not begin until files are uploaded or emailed to us.
• Turnaround time does not include shipping transit time.
• Scaling requests or order notes must be emailed to info@lbkprintingco.com within 1 hour of placing your order.

• Accepted formats: PSD, JPEG, PNG, PDF. Other formats will delay your order.
• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI recommended.
• Color mode: sRGB preferred. RGB is acceptable. Colors may vary between screen (RGB) and print (CMYK).
• Your design must be seamless. We are not responsible for non-seamless files — they can be missed and will not be reprinted.
• You must own the rights to any file you upload.
• Full yard files must be 56″ x 40″ for all bases except Bamboo (56″ x 44″). We cannot rescale full yard files.

• Darker colors perform better on synthetic (polyester) bases.
• We do not recommend black, dark prints, or full-coverage designs on natural fibers.
• Fabric base color may range from natural white to optic white.
• Fabric may vary roll to roll in color, feel, drape, and stretch.
• We reserve the right to change suppliers. Specs will be updated in the Fabric Guide.

• We are not responsible for orders once they leave our facility.
• All packages include $100 insurance.
• To cover the full value of your order, add shipping protection at checkout. Without it, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Yardage is printed continuous, but flaws or end-of-roll events may require a cut. We will add an extra yard if needed.
• Bulk discount orders may ship on a roll or folded continuously in a box.

• We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Replacements are offered only for flawed fabric.
• Flaws must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The flaw must be larger than 1 inch and more than 6 inches from the selvage line to qualify.
• Email info@lbkprintingco.com for any return inquiries. Allow 24–48 business hours for a response.
• No cancellations once an order has been placed.

• If your file is an exclusive design, please leave a note at checkout.
• In the event of a misprint or flaw on an exclusive file, we will either dispose of the fabric or offer it to you at a discounted price — we will not sell it.
• Without an exclusive note, flawed fabric may be sold discounted in mystery bags.

• 1–2 business day turnaround time
• 1 quantity = 1 yard rush — you must have equal yards and rush in your cart. If ordering 5 yards, you need 5 rush.
• All items in the order must be rush. If you have fabric you do not need rushed, please place a separate order.
• All files and information must be uploaded at the time of checkout. If files are missing or there is an issue, your order will take an additional 1–2 days.
• Rush is available for a limited time only. It may sell out or close to ensure all orders are printed.
• Available bases will depend on fabric stock and open orders — not every base will be available for rush.
